Resort Policies

Check-In Time: 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the office.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM for all sites. Late check-outs can be requested (subject to availability) but require pre-approval from the registration office. There will be a $75 per hour charge for unapproved late departures.

After Hours Arrival: If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 PM, please give us a call at 228-436-4200 so we can ensure your accommodations are ready for you. We’ll also provide you with a passcode to access our gated resort and directions to help you navigate to your site.  

Cash-Free Policy:  We maintain a cash-free environment. We accept payments via debit and credit cards, as well as checks with appropriate verification.  When paying via check, guests are also required to have a card on file for incidentals.Top of Form

 

Holidays, and Special Events:  For holidays and special events, a minimum 3-night stay is required, with full payment due at the time of reservation. A list of these dates is available on our website for your reference.

Deposits: All reservations that are 3 nights or less require payment in full at the time the reservation is made. Reservations of 4 nights or longer require a deposit of half the total reservation fee with the remaining balance due at check-in. Any discounts may be applied at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded in full less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made 14 days to 1 day prior to the arrival date will be issued a reservation credit in the amount of the original deposit and charged a $25 processing fee. Reservation credits must be used within one year of the original reservation dates. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will forfeit the first night’s rental rate and a reservation credit will be issued for the remaining days of the canceled reservation.

No-Show Policy: Any guest that has not arrived within 24 hours of posted sunset on the first day of their reservation and has not contacted the resort staff will be considered a canceled reservation and will forfeit their entire deposit.

Refund Policy: Once checked in, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be provided for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. For cancellations made prior to check-in, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or issued as a reservation credit, valid for use within one year from the original reservation dates.

Occupancy: The maximum number of registered guests allowed per site is 6.

Visitors: Guests are responsible for their visitors and liable for any damages that they cause while in the Resort. All visitors must register at the office and pay a fee of $10 per person per day and must exit the Resort by 10 pm. Visitor’s vehicles must have a valid parking pass posted in a conspicuous place for Resort Staff to view. Visitor vehicles must be parked on the pad of the guest they are visiting or in a designated parking area.

 

RV Restrictions: All RVs must be currently registered and maintained in good condition. Sorry, no tents, pop-ups, A-Frames, or truck campers. All RVs are subject to external inspection before entering the resort. RVs 10-years or older must be approved by Resort Management prior to making the reservation. Jack pads are required for all RVs.

Sewer Hook-ups: Sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections must be tight.

Trailers and Dollies: Cargo trailers and dollies are permitted on pull-through sites.  When trailers and dollies will not fit completely on the concrete pad they must be stored. Please contact the Resort office if in need of storage. Storage is $15 per day, $50 per week, and $100 per month. (Space is limited).

Vehicles: All vehicles must have a valid license plate and attain a parking pass from the Resort office upon check-in. One per site.  We can make exception to allow for two if these fit completely on the concrete pad.  Parking is NOT allowed on the street, grass, or any vacant sites. Parking rules will be always enforced and may result in towing at the expense of the guest or vehicle owner.  Should you need additional parking please coordinate with the office.  

Golf Carts: Individuals operating a golf cart must possess a valid driver’s license. The speed limit within the resort premises is 5 mph. Violations of speed or other rules may result in the removal of cart privileges and possible eviction from the Resort without refund.

Speed Limit: The posted speed limit on all resort roads is 5 mph. All traffic signs must be obeyed. Failure to adhere to the speed limit may result in eviction from the Resort without refund.

Site Appearance Any free-standing structures such as screen rooms, canopies or tents need prior approval from Resort Management. Fences are not allowed. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that all structures are properly secured. Resort Management reserves the right to have any free-standing structure removed. The Resort does not permit material with any promotional or political affiliation to be displayed, including, but not limited to, flags or signs. Please keep your site neat and clean during your stay.

Quiet Time and Curfew: The Resort observes quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, during which loud talking, radios, televisions, etc., are not permitted. The use of generators is prohibited. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to leave their campsite after 10:00 PM, except for essential bathroom visits and then must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pets: Resort Management reserves the right to reject the admittance of any pet. Pet vaccination records must be available upon request. Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. Any perimeter fences must be on the concrete site, and cannot cross onto the adjacent landscaping. All pets must wear a collar with the identification of the owner and phone number. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet unless they are in the enclosed dog park or run. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, bathrooms, and swimming pool area. Thank you for cleaning up after your pets.

Wheeled and Motorized Toys: Mini-bikes, go-carts, and remote-controlled toys are not permitted to be operated inside the Resort. Drones are also prohibited. Bicycles must be operated with extreme caution, obeying the speed limit, and minors must be supervised by an adult while riding on the premises.

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is prohibited in all common areas in the Resort. Alcohol is permitted to be consumed in the Resort in a responsible manner.

Firearms, Weapons, and Fireworks Policy: For the safety all guests and staff, Majestic Oaks RV Resort strictly prohibits the, display, or use of firearms, weapons, or fireworks within the resort premises.

Trash: To maintain a clean and beautiful environment, several dumpsters are located throughout the Resort for your convenience. Please do not leave trash out overnight.

Laundry: Laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the laundry facility.

Wildlife: For your safety, please exercise caution when exploring the Resort’s green spaces, paths, and roadways. While uncommon, snakes, lizards, and spiders may be concealed in vegetation. Additionally, snakes may warm themselves on asphalt and concrete surfaces. Also, Animals may be active at night, so it’s advisable to always carry a flashlight when walking in the dark.

RV Washing: If you would like to wash your RV or vehicle during your stay, please contact the Resort office to purchase the required $15 permit.

Accidents/Incidents: All accidents and incidents must be reported to the Resort office.

Children: We welcome children in our resort. They must be always chaperoned by a responsible adult.

Prohibition of Permanent Occupancy: In accordance with the Biloxi Land Development Ordinance, continuous occupancy of a recreational vehicle is limited to 5 months, and permanent residency is prohibited. Therefore, stays are limited to a maximum of 5 months. We welcome snowbirds and Wintersippians, however to comply with the law we must limit stays 5 months. We encourage you to reserve your next visit to secure the best pricing before your departure.

Disclaimer: The Resort owners, management, and staff (hereinafter referred to as the Resort) reserve the right to refuse service. The Resort assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or visitors. The Resort reserves the right to evict any person(s) for conduct the Resort deems to be detrimental, including negligence or willful misconduct, without refund. The Resort will not be responsible for damage to rigs or other motor vehicles, accidents or injury to guests, or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Violation of any of the provisions contained herein is grounds for removal from the Resort at the sole discretion of Resort Management.
